The location was magnificent and wonderful for Rome, adjacent to popular sites and main shops like Zara. Spagna district was worth staying in. - Enjoyed coffee and a kettle in the room. - Above average and excellent breakfasts with juice, cheese, and also meats. - the staff were useful.

Our favourite, small hotel in Rome with welcoming and incredible staff. Awesome, unbeatable location close to major attractions. Based adjacent to the Vatican, colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the main shopping street in Rome and Rome-Spanish steps. Excellent service and quiet ambiance. Everything very convenient.

Small rooms, cramped bathroom, no shampoo shelf in the shower cubicle, very small elevator. No hot dishes at breakfast, bad coffee. Uncomfortable hard pillows.

The place was spotless and staff was very attentive. It had a central location close to Piazza di Spagna. - I liked that it was in a shopping area just next door to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and a short cab ride to the Vatican.

location is just above any praise! Staff is excellent! Cleaning is daily.

The vibe here was quiet. There were satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was good with Nespresso machine; the location was unbeatable. The staff were courteous, excellent services;)))

A good small and really cute hotel, my first choice in Rome. Fairly clean property with caring staff and lovely breakfasts.
